Important Information for Your Stay

Construction Notice:
Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. Construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot guarantee any specific conditions. By accepting the rate and proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that no further compensation will be offered upon arrival or during your stay due to construction. (Effective from September 2024)

Guest Registration:
You will be required to sign a separate guest registration form prior to arrival to facilitate your check-in.

Electricity & Load Shedding

South Africa experiences periods of load shedding (scheduled electricity outages), typically lasting 2.5 hours or more. These are often unpredictable.
Most of our property owners have taken measures to minimise disruption and enhance your comfort during outages.

To help you plan your day, we recommend downloading:

Load shedding is beyond our control and governed by the national electricity providers. Neither Turnkey365 nor the property owner will be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts resulting from services being unavailable due to load shedding.

Noise Control Policy

This villa is located in a quiet residential area governed by strict noise regulations from the Body Corporate and City Council. Please ensure you adhere to the following:

No parties of any kind are permitted at the property.

No noise or music (audible to neighbours) is allowed:

Weekdays: Between 21:00 and 7:00

Weekends: Between 22:00 and 7:00

No shouting or hooting in the street at any time.

If you are expecting visitors, please inform them that parking is very limited and they may not park in front of another person’s garage or driveway.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise you to obtain adequate and comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for cancellations, medical emergencies, and theft or loss of personal belongings.

Group Bookings

No bookings for groups made up entirely of solo travellers unless requested and approved in advance.

Bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited.

Children

Children are welcome at the property; however, please note that there may be potential safety risks for younger children (e.g. balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools).
Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times and accept full responsibility for their safety.

Monthly Stays

For stays of 28 nights or longer with monthly discounts applied, please note:

Electricity will be charged separately and is not included in the rate.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost (subject to availability and approval).

Standard amenities, such as Wi-Fi and DSTV (if applicable), are included.

Reasonable water usage is included, monitored in accordance with current city regulations.

Garden and pool servicing is included, where permitted.
