Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.
All guests are kindly requested to respect the peace and privacy of neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially after 22:00. Should a valid noise complaint be received, it may result in the immediate termination of the booking and forfeiture of all funds paid.
Only guests included in the booking are permitted on the property, unless prior arrangements have been made with management. Visitors are not allowed without such arrangements.
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Holiday Rental.
The lighting of fireworks is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Holiday Rental.
Furniture may not be moved between rooms without prior approval from management.
The use of skates, skateboards, rollerblades, or similar noisy equipment is not allowed on the roads or pathways within the complex.
Vehicle hooters may only be used in cases of emergency. No vehicle with an active alarm may be left unattended at any time.
