Secluded space perfect for big family gatherings/celebrations. We hosted a large group for my husband's 40th at The Block and nobody had anything bad to say. Beautiful modern space with a play area for kids. It's close to the beach but secluded enough that we could celebrate with no noise complaints from neighbours. Groundskeepers are friendly and could assist any time of the day or night. Everybody loved the security dog Reuben, even the toddlers. I would definitely recommend.
