Important: To confirm your booking and remain compliant, we do require that guests complete the pre-check-in form, upload their ID and a selfie, as well as sign our terms and conditions. This information is stored in compliance with POPIA and will only be used for the purpose of your reservation. It's all available, in one place, for your convenience on a link that will be emailed once you have booked the property. No downloads required.
No pets are allowed. Unauthorised pets will incur an additional fee and may result in early check-out.

No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted on the deck only. An additional cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected inside.

No parties or loud noise. Quiet hours must be observed, especially in the evenings. Multiple complaints may result in early check-out without a refund.

No illegal substances are allowed. Any suspicion will result in security involvement and early check-out without a refund.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay. An additional fee per night will be charged for unregistered guests. Maximum of 2 people allowed.

Children under 12 are not permitted due to safety concerns.

No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

Do not move furniture.

Lost keys will incur an additional replacement fee.
