House Rules

A maximum of 1 or 2 guests is allowed to book into The Boshoff Garden Cottage, The Boshoff Comfy Spot, The Boshoff Corner King, The Boshoff Compact Double, or The Boshoff Suite, in accordance with the number of guests paid for per person. All accommodation at The Boshoff is charged per person and not per room.

No additional guests are allowed on the property other than those who have been paid for, are present, and have signed in at check-in. Visitors are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances.

No additional guests are allowed to sleep over on the property, including in any of the available accommodation options at The Boshoff. If any unregistered guests are found to have stayed overnight, a fine of R600 per person per night will be charged at a premium rate.

Parties or functions are strictly prohibited. Each room, unit, or cottage includes its own outdoor or patio area, designed exclusively for the use of its occupants. Guests from different units are not permitted to gather together as a group in any unit’s private area.

Loud noise is not permitted. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Music is not allowed to be played in the car park or from car speakers.

Smoking, vaping, or the use of related products is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided for each unit.

All suites, rooms, and cottages must be left in the same condition as at the time of check-in. If not, a cleaning fee will be charged at check-out.

Only one vehicle per room is allowed. Free parking is available for one standard vehicle or SUV per room. The property cannot accommodate larger vehicles, mini vans, buses, or trailers.

- For third-party bookings, the person making the reservation (the booker):

Accepts full personal responsibility for any loss, breakage, or damage to The Boshoff or its contents during the stay.

Agrees to communicate all house rules to the guest(s) checking in.

Is responsible for ensuring the guest(s) comply with the house rules.

Confirms that the number of guests and vehicles aligns with the property's allowed capacity as stated in the booking form.

Acknowledges that the right of admission is reserved. If any member of the group misbehaves, the owner may require the entire group to leave immediately, without warning or refund.
