Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage deposit is required per booking and will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
Dancing or standing on furniture and moving furniture is strictly prohibited. A fine will be issued for any violations.
Please enjoy the natural surroundings and be mindful of noise levels. A fine will be issued for any noise complaints.
Upon arrival, guests are required to inspect the rental property and its contents. Any damages, breakages, deficiencies, or faults must be reported to the managing agent immediately. Failure to do so will result in the assumption that any damage was caused by the guest, and the cost will be charged accordingly.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the rental properties.
Guests are expected to leave the premises in the same clean and tidy condition in which they were found.
The Castello at Kruger agent reserves the right to recover any costs related to excessive cleaning, breakages, or damage to the structure or contents of the property, including but not limited to appliances, linen, crockery, cutlery, and furnishings.
