Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed.

Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 250 late arrival fee.

Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.

Guest ID or passport is required at check-in.

Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.

Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request, provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given, and will incur an additional charge.

Guests are kindly advised that, in order to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing for a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00.
