Description

The Palm is a separate entrance unit located on the owner’s property in Pinelands, a leafy suburb which is very central in Cape Town. The city centre is 10 km away, while the airport is 15 km away. We are located 5 minutes away from Vincent Palloti hospital, 10 minutes from Red Cross Childrens and UCT hospital and walking distance from Old Mutual.

The open-plan unit is private and has a double bed able to accommodate 2 people. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. In the room, you will find a fridge, microwave, kettle and tea and coffee is supplied. There is also a side table, 2 chairs, and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also available. There is a separate kitchenette next to the room with mini oven, toaster and all necessary utensils and crockery to allow for easy self-catering. For stays of 7 days or more only the room is serviced once a week at your convenience.

Secure off street parking is provided for your vehicle on the property. A laundry service which included wash, dry and fold, is available at a nominal fee per load. Your hosts are on hand and are more than happy to offer any suggestions or advice to guests on how to make the best of out their stay in Cape Town, guiding them to tourist hot spots and good local restaurants should they require.
