SHOCKINGLY USELESS OR LITTLE SLEEP. I was not booked in at Sea Point Luxury Apartments. I am reporting this. I booked and paid for Sage Hotel. I stood waiting at the reception for 5 hours while your useless team could not sort out my booking, as the receptionist said they didn't have my booking. The manager of Sage eventually found my booking and confirmed the website did not forward the details. How incompetent. I will make this known to people and I will never use the website again. Eight hours after I was already in my room, Edwarda called to say they still couldn't find my booking — what a joke.
