Children younger than 13 years old are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony, but please use an ashtray and be considerate of neighbours.
The apartment is in a residential complex. Loud music, parties, or events are not permitted.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment or complex.
Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 7:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests only. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.
Please adhere to the complex rules when using the swimming pool and braai area. These are shared facilities and must be used respectfully.
Keep all doors and windows securely locked when you leave. Lost keys/remotes may incur a replacement fee.
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Kindly dispose of garbage in the designated bins provided within the complex.
