House Rules

PETS: To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that no pets be brought to the property. Thank you for your cooperation!

PARTIES/GUESTS: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or events during your stay. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

SMOKING: To keep the apartment odor-free, no smoking is allowed inside. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Cannabis is prohibited.

NOISE: To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that quiet hours be observed from 10:00 PM onwards.

POOL: We have provided plastic drinkware, plates and cutlery for use around the pool. Please do not take glassware or ceramics to the pool area.

WETSUITS: We kindly ask that wetsuits and clothing not be hung over the balconies to maintain the appearance of the property.

LATE CHECK-IN: If guests arrive after 8pm, there is a late check-in fee of R250.
