Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The Windsor provides a cleaning service for guests, with weekday stays including this service within the rate. However, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, an additional surcharge is payable directly to the housekeeper for servicing.

Late check-out requests are subject to availability and can be arranged upon request.

For guests' convenience, the house features several clearly marked solar-powered plugs for charging phones and laptops. Additionally, the solar backup system powers the lights, TVs, and Wi-Fi during load-shedding.
