Relaxing, peaceful, elegant. It was absolutely incredible! We decided to do a night away in Franschhoek after the wine tram and what an awesome decision that was! From the moment we walked in the building, the hospitality and care we received from Sadie was top tier! We loved spending the afternoon relaxing in the Jacuzzi and the breakfast the next day was phenomenal as well! We loved our stay so much that we are actually going to be heading up to their other location in Robertson soon as well.

Exceptional stay with stunning views, top-notch service. Stayed at theLAB for a quick weekend getaway, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff went above and beyond—greeting us at the car, handling our bags, offering excellent wine recommendations, and even assisting with restaurant bookings. Their warmth and attention to detail truly made the experience feel five-star. The room was beautifully designed and ticked all the boxes for comfort and style. Breakfast was delicious, and the relaxed atmosphere—paired with incredible mountain views—made for the perfect escape. What really set theLAB apart was the exceptional service. I genuinely felt looked after the entire stay. Can’t wait to return!

Disappointing. Attention to detail lacks. Poor quality beds, linen and towels. Walls need to be cleaned. Basin was blocked. Breakfast was underwhelming. Omelette was dry. Eggs Benedict not up to standard. Ran out of Sauvignon Blanc and ice.

Fantastic stay. My wife and I spent New Year's and had a wonderful stay. Candice the manager was so helpful. We enjoyed everything. Breakfast was delicious too.
