Guests need to bring their own insect repellent, firelighters, as well as their own firewood.
With prior arrangements, wood can be bought on the premises.
Unfortunately, quad bikes are not allowed.
Sections of the Botterboomhuisie are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation, and vehicles with low-profile tyres and/or sports cars will have difficulty. Guests are required to enquire about the road's condition before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Limited cellphone reception is available in certain areas of Tibani Nature Reserve.
