Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon booking, and the remaining balance must be paid into the designated bank account at least two days before arrival.

Payment of the deposit will be considered as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and will secure the booking.

Upon arrival, guests must carefully review the special instructions provided. The guest is responsible for the group's behavior during the rental period and must ensure that the property is used with care, respect, and in accordance with the instructions provided.

The maximum number of guests per house is limited to the specified capacity.

Any loss or damage to the property, including the inverter, linens, fixtures, equipment, and other items, will be assessed solely by Be in Betty's Bay, and the guest will be required to pay for such damages upon request. Guests must inform Be in Betty's Bay of any losses or damages before departure.

Children must always be supervised at the swimming pool, wood-fired hot tub, and Jacuzzi.

If, for reasons beyond the owner's and Be in Betty's Bay's control, the property becomes unfit for accommodation during the rental period, the guest will receive a refund limited to the period of unavailability. No further compensation will apply.

The owner and Be in Betty's Bay reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, before or during the rental period, if guests behave inappropriately or cause a disturbance, at the sole discretion of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay.

Quiet hours must be observed from 22:00.

The guest confirms that they have received and read the Terms and Conditions sent by Be in Betty's Bay.
