Topanga Unit 17 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Uvongo. The complex boasts 2 swimming pools, a braai area, and is within close proximity to the beach.

This ground-floor apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a basin, and a toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a three-quarter pull-out bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a basin, and a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, additional freezer, microwave, air fryer, all cutlery and crockery. The unit also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a breakfast bar with stools, a laptop workstation, and air conditioning in the living area. The unit also provides bath towels and spa products. The lounge has a comfortable sofa set and a TV with streaming platforms such as Netflix.

The living area opens up onto a lovely patio, which has an outdoor dining table and braai facilities.

The patio overlooks the communal garden with braai facilities and two swimming pools, both with adjoining kiddie pools.

The complex is also close to a supermarket, several restaurants, and other attractions in the Margate area. Uvongo Main Beach is just 200 metres (walking distance) from the complex.
