Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage deposit of R1,000 is required before check-in. Please note that keys can only be handed over once the deposit has been received. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided no damages are found. Thank you for your understanding and care for the property.

Please remember to bring your own bath and swimming towels, as no towels are provided.

Parking is permitted only in the designated parking areas.

Rubbish bags are supplied and must be used to dispose of waste in the designated garbage room, please use only the bags provided.

Kindly rinse off any sea sand using the outside showers before entering your apartment.
