House Rules

The property is accessed via a gravel road.

Maximum of 2 guests. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

No parties or events without prior written consent.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 daily. During this time, the swimming pool and rooftop deck are off-limits. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Noise monitoring is in use.

Please respect neighbours and follow local parking rules.

Smoking is not allowed inside. Use the outdoor ashtrays provided.

No eating or drinking in bedrooms or the loft. Use designated dining areas.

Please recycle using the bins provided.

Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electronics when leaving. Close windows and lock doors.

Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool. No alcohol consumption while swimming.

Report any damages or breakages promptly. Right of admission is reserved.

Anti-social behaviour, including public nudity, inappropriate conduct, excessive noise, or violation of quiet hours, may result in eviction.

The property is serviced on weekdays: cleaners from 09:00 and a groundskeeper from 08:00.

Optional extras such as breakfast are available by prior arrangement at an additional cost.

Guests must sign the standard hosting agreement.
