The cardholder and their ID or passport must be present at check-in.
The credit card used for the online payment must also be presented at check-in.
The establishment reserves the right not to refund bank charges on cancellations for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit the initial deduction fees.
Late arrivals and departures are only permitted by prior arrangement.
No pets are allowed.
Guests are requested to be aware of and adhere to the regulations of the Game Reserve.
A conservation fee of R310 for 2025 bookings and R335 for 2026 bookings is not included. This fee is charged per person per night.
