Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

All guests are required to sign a pool indemnity form prior to using the pool.

ID/Passport is required at check-in.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.

Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request, provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given, and will incur an additional charge.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted.

Parties, and events are not permitted on the premises.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00.
