Pragtige huis met ongeëwenaarde uitsigte oor Victoriabaai. Pragtige huis met 'n ongelooflike uitsig. Huis het al die fasiliteite wat benodig mag word en nog. Ruim kamers en badkamer. Kombuis het 'n groot yskas.

Rude and dishonest management made it unpleasant. The chalet is very nice, but the person working there is very unprofessional and rude. There is an unforeseen deposit of R3250 that they do not make clear before your arrival. We asked for proof of the damaged items, and it could not have been given to us as these damaged items were already in for laundry. After more than 2 days' request for proof, suddenly she had proof but deleted so many of the proofs. She called damage an actual small spot on a sheet you could not see (we did not know you should clean the bedding before you leave). Do not recommend this place!

Hi JD, your feedback is most unfortunate as the additional fees were clearly stated on the quotation which you accepted when you confirmed your booking. We are very transparent with costs and information. Furthermore, when I checked your wife into the cottage (as you arrived later), I explained the process of the damages to her in person which she accepted and understood, as she stated that she too has guest accommodation that she manages. Upon departure, the cottage was left extremely dirty and we had to send the soiled/stained laundry to be treated. After a few treatments, we managed to get all the stains removed and your refund was processed. I was in contact with your daughter via WhatsApp and all was resolved amicably. This is one of my family-owned properties and we have been managing it with great success and great guest reviews for many years now. We did everything to ensure you enjoyed a wonderful stay, and our properties are all handed over in top-notch condition and 100% cleaned. I am sorry you felt otherwise, and that the property was not handed back in the same condition.

Fantastic. Great scenery, the place is nice and cosy, fully equipped and we enjoyed the kolkol tub.

Absolutely loved our stay. It's our second time there and will definitely go back again. Everything you need is there. The KolKol is a lovely addition - there were times that we didn't even heat the water! Lovely to sit in the tub and overlook the ocean. We were all sad to leave.

Nie die geld werd nie. Die manager is ongeskik en kan glad nie compromise nie. Dis te duur vir wat jy uitkry, en dan is daar 'n ekstra R1000 management fee buite die verblyf se bedrag ook ekstra by. Not worth it!

Hi Kelly, I am rather surprised by your feedback as you advised us otherwise, that you really enjoyed your stay. The location and views are PRIME and the property actually offers exceptional value for money with it's private location, full sea views, hot tub, uncapped wifi and more. Your comment that the manager was rude and not willing to compromise is unfounded as you demanded to drop your luggage earlier than check-in time, we did inform you that it wasn't possible as we had other guests depart that same day and hence we had a same day change over clean, our staff were all on site and leaving your items at the house wasn't a possibility. If we could have accommodated your earlier check in, we would have. But with a same day change over, this is simply impossible. We also made an exception as the house sleeps max 5 and your booking was made for 5, but when you sent the booking form it was for 5 adults with a child. This actually goes against the T&C's of the booking, but we accommodated you as a gesture of goodwill. As for the linen you stained during your stay, those items had to be replaced as we simply can't put stained linen out for next guests. All linen and towels were spotless on your arrival. I am sorry you felt otherwise as you told us you enjoyed your stay, but be that as it may, our other guests rave reviews speak for themselves and we will continue to welcome guests for happy holiday stays at our lovely property. I wish you well!
