Guests have a choice of booking the Aloe which is self-catering. The Aloe unit is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, and gas stove as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities and a dining table. Each room has fresh clean white linen on the beds. Webber braai available.

The Protea room is separate from the main house, tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed, and has a bathroom fitted with a shower. There is a mini bar fridge, microwave as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. This room has no kitchen facilities.

The Fynbos Room is separate from the main house with its own entrance and is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a bathroom fitted with a shower. There is a mini bar fridge, microwave as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. Note: This is a room only, no kitchen.

Aloe and Fynbos can also be booked together which can accommodate a total of 4 guests, or all 3 rooms that can accommodate 6 persons sharing.

Tumble dryer facilities, along with an iron and ironing board, are available in a separate room for all guests to use. Please note that there is no washing machine, but Dana Bay offers three laundromats.

All guest units are separate from the main house and are located on the lower level, accessible via a few steps. The units are situated next to each other, and the garden area is shared with other guests.

Please note that the accommodation is not wheelchair-friendly. Free open parking is available on the premises, behind an electronic gate. One vehicle per room.

Surrounded by fynbos, Dana Bay is located in the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom and is home to free-roaming small game and a wide variety of birdlife. The nearest town, Mossel Bay, offers a range of restaurants, museums, and activities, including watersports and hiking. For golf enthusiasts, Pinnacle Point and Mossel Bay Golf Courses are within a short driving distance.

The famous St Blaize Trail, approximately 12 km long, can be hiked from Dana Bay to the Point in Mossel Bay.
