Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that 2 dogs live on the premises. They are kept in a fully enclosed area at the back of the house, ensuring both their comfort and the privacy of our guests.
Pets are not permitted.
Gatherings and events are not allowed.
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival. A 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days before the arrival date.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
Please also note that visitors from outside are not permitted on the premises, in line with the Body Corporate regulations.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 21:00.
To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests while maintaining the property's standards, the following occupancy guidelines must be observed: the villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, including both adults and children. It is essential that all overnight guests are registered at the time of booking, as unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
