Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Maximum of 8 guests. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

No parties or events without prior written consent. A party is defined as any social gathering involving non-registered guests and food or drink. Hosting a party may result in immediate eviction and liability for related costs.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 daily. During this time, the swimming pool and rooftop deck may not be used. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Noise monitoring is in place, and repeated violations may result in additional charges or eviction.

Guests must respect neighbours and comply with local parking regulations.

Smoking is not allowed inside. Use ashtrays provided outdoors for cigarette disposal.

No eating or drinking is allowed in any bedroom, including the loft. Use the designated dining areas.

Please recycle by using the correct bins provided on the property.

Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when leaving. Close all windows and lock doors, including cottages and barrooms.

Report any damages or breakages promptly. Costs may be deducted from the damage deposit.

Right of admission is reserved.

The swimming pool is off-limits during quiet hours. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. Do not swim while consuming alcohol.

A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in poor condition. This includes, but is not limited to, smoking indoors, the presence of bodily fluids, vomit, faeces, or excessive dirtiness.

Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00.

The property is serviced daily during the week. Cleaners arrive around 09:00 to tidy the house. A groundskeeper arrives at 08:00 to maintain the grounds and pool.

Guests must sign the standard hosting agreement.
