Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note: the property includes a self-contained cottage with a private entrance, which is not included in the rental.
There is a farm manager on-site during working hours, available to assist guests with any needs or personalised requests in collaboration with the property host.
Dining services include breakfast, prepared by the cook upon request for an additional fee. Lunch and dinner can also be prepared for guests upon request for an additional fee.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to R250.00 late arrival fee.
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.
All guests are required to present an ID or passport at check-in.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
