Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No pets are allowed in any units, but small-breed dogs may be permitted on the campsite by prior arrangement. Dogs will be charged at R35 per day and must remain on a leash at all times.
The right of admission is strictly reserved.
No extra persons are permitted without prior consent.
Only residents and visitors are permitted, with a day fee payable at reception.
Only one car per site or chalet is allowed. Visitor vehicles are not permitted into the resort.
No motorcycles may be ridden in the park (this includes 3 or 4-wheelers).
No roller-skates, skateboards, or motorized scooters are permitted.
An access deposit of R100.00 will be required.
A R500 breakages deposit for chalets will be levied on arrival and will only be returned once the unit has been checked and found in order.
A R100 service levy will be charged on units left excessively untidy.
Smoking in the chalets will result in a R2000 fine.
The Resort and its Management accept no responsibility for any deaths, injury, illness, or loss or damage to property occurring within or arising from a visit due to the negligence of the Resort, its staff, or agents or arising from the use of any facilities.

On campsite extra tents, awnings, pup tents, or add-a-rooms may be erected without prior consent. Pup tents may not exceed a 2.4-meter diameter. Any tents exceeding this will be charged at R50 per tent per day.
No plastic ground sheets are permitted. Only shade cloth-type sheets are allowed.
No washing is to be hung around chalets or sites. Only beach towels are permitted.
Electrical appliances should be kept to a minimum.
Electric urns, 2-plate ovens, washing machines, and tumble dryers are not permitted.
Portable braais must be 1 meter off the ground.
Woodfires and bonfires are not permitted.
Accommodated. Only bona fide recreational travelers are permitted.
Because Villa Spa is a graded establishment, no contractors, permanents, or labourers will be accommodated. Only bona fide recreational travellers are permitted.
