House Rules

Important Information – Please Read Before Booking

Children and infants are welcome. However, guests with young children should be aware of potential safety risks such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Children must be supervised at all times and stay at the guests’ own risk.

Pets are not permitted. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.

Guest Registration

All guests will be required to sign a separate registration form prior to arrival to facilitate the check-in process.

Electricity and Load-Shedding

South Africa is currently experiencing periods of load-shedding—unscheduled electricity outages that typically last 2.5 hours or more. These interruptions may occur without notice and are outside our control. Most property owners have taken steps to minimise the impact, but we recommend downloading the “ESP – The Loadshedding App” from your app store to stay informed and plan accordingly. Please note that Turnkey365 and the property owner cannot offer compensation, refunds, or discounts due to power outages.

Noise Policy

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is subject to strict noise regulations enforced by the body corporate and local council. Please respect the following conditions:

No parties of any kind are allowed.

No music or noise audible to neighbours is permitted between 9pm and 7am on weekdays, and between 10pm and 7am on weekends.

No shouting or hooting in the street at any time.

Visitors must be informed that parking is limited and they must not block garages or driveways.

Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and protection against loss or theft of personal belongings.

Group Policy

Groups consisting solely of solo travellers are only accepted by prior arrangement. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.

Monthly Stays

For bookings with monthly discounts, please note:

Electricity is for your own account.

Daily housekeeping is not included but may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DStv (where applicable) are included.

Reasonable water usage is included and will be monitored in line with municipal guidelines.

Garden and pool services are included when permitted.
