House Rules

No pets allowed.

A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required upon booking, and the remaining balance must be paid two days prior to arrival.

Payment of the deposit will be deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and will secure the booking.
Upon arrival, guests are expected to carefully review the special instructions provided. The guest is responsible for the behavior of their guests during the rental period and must ensure that the accommodation is used with care, respect, and in accordance with the rules set out in the Special Instructions.

The maximum occupancy of each house is limited to the specified number of guests.

Any loss or damage to the accommodation, including the inverter, linens, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or other items, will be assessed solely by Be in McGregor, and the guest will be expected to pay for such damage upon request. Guests must notify Be in McGregor of any loss or damage before departure.

Children must be supervised at all times.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the owner or Be in McGregor, the accommodation becomes unfit for occupancy during the rental period, the guest will receive a refund limited to the period of unavailability. No further compensation will be provided.

The owner and Be in McGregor reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, before or during the rental period, if the guest or their invitees behave inappropriately or cause a disturbance, at the sole discretion of the owner or Be in McGregor.

Guests must observe the local quiet time, which begins at 10:00 PM.

The guest confirms that they have received and read the Terms and Conditions set by Be in McGregor Rentals.
