House Rules

Important: To confirm your booking and remain compliant, we do require that guests complete the pre-check-in form, upload their ID and a selfie, as well as sign our terms and conditions. This information is stored in compliance with POPIA and will only be used for the purpose of your reservation. It's all available, in one place, for your convenience on a link that will be emailed once you have booked the property. No downloads required.

Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Unauthorised pets will result in a fine and immediate eviction without refund.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to smoke in the outside areas, but please do dispose of your butts appropriately.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Third-party bookings are not permitted unless made by an authorised company booking on behalf of employees, in line with Airbnb’s terms and conditions.

Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. In the event of a noise complaint, the guest will receive a warning. A second complaint will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. If suspected, security or police will be contacted. Any guest found in possession of illegal substances will be removed from the property without refund.

The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. Please indicate the correct number of guests on your reservation.

Guests are asked not to eat or drink in the bedrooms and not to rearrange the furniture.

A lost key will result in an additional replacement fee.
