It was a one nighter, just what you need for one night. The staff is lovely. Lovely place. Perfectly located. Really a great place and value for money.

All good including their breakfast. All was fine except the bed needs to be upgraded to a better mattress as the current ones are sloppy. Good for a single person.

Our stay was great. We had a wonderful time; everything was good, but the only problem is their breakfast. If only they could provide a variety of it, not the same thing every day.

The food was absolutely wonderful and a delight. The staff are all amazing. It was lovely. The staff are so professional and the hotel is very nice. The only thing I can complain about is that the bed needs to be replaced; it is not suitable anymore. Also, the TV channels didn't work as I expected basic cable channels. I could only get SABC channels and eTV, which the signal wasn't very great.

Just ok. It was a bit of an indifferent experience being our first trip to Durban together. We were a bit sceptical at first considering the distance from the CBD, but there's nothing a little Bolt couldn't fix.

Unorganised & Guests doesn't matter. Unorganised – owner does not provide staff with bookings/info of guests. To confirm my booking, even when proof of booking was provided, it was still not sufficient. The owner had to be phoned for confirmation, to which he did not answer. Then there was a dispute that I had also not paid and that a payment was due. Twenty minutes later, this was only resolved. The lady at reception tried her best to help me – she was not at fault. The management is. Night-time staff not too interested in guests. Guests were loud, with a cellphone alarm going off from 03:30–03:45 in the morning, followed by a loud departure of someone. Following this, a lady who was sleeping outside in the hallway on a couch was browsing social media/watching videos on her phone that could also be heard in the hotel. Needless to say, I packed up my things at 04:15 and left. Terrible, terrible, terrible night. I would actually like to request a refund and an apology for such a terrible experience. @the website – I would recommend removing them as a provider.

Needs upgrade. There were no plugs in the room for charging, no coffee was given with the breakfast that was served, and the room needs upgrading.
