Extra Fees

In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

• Admin Fee of R390.00 per booking
• Cleaning Fee of R350.00 per booking

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1300 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that the cleaning fee charged is for departure cleaning and linen only. It does not include cleaning services during your stay.
A daily cleaning service is available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance by phone with the host. This is a basic cleaning service and not a full-day service.

No additional guests beyond the number of beds provided will be allowed in the apartment. If extra guests are found, all guests will be required to vacate the premises immediately.

Smoking is not permitted inside the units. A designated smoking area is available outside the apartment.

Please keep music and noise at an acceptable level. After 22:00, all music and noise must cease completely.
The accommodation is not suitable for guests intending to play loud music, host games, or have parties of any kind.

No laundry may be hung over the balcony railing.

Towels are not provided, so guests must bring their own bath and swimming towels. Bed linen is provided.

One small dog is allowed in the unit. The pet remains the responsibility of the guest and must not disturb other guests. It must be well trained.

Whale Rock guests have access to the building’s communal swimming pool, braai area, as well as private braai facilities at the apartment.
There is direct beach access from the property via a gate. The access code can be requested from Heloise.

The breakage deposit will be withheld if any of the above rules are not followed.
