No parties or events. Large gatherings are not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment and to prevent damage.

Registered guests only. Visitors are not allowed unless approved by the host in advance.

Maintain cleanliness. Please keep the property tidy and dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.

Damage responsibility. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report any issues to the host as soon as possible.
