If a guest behaves in a manner deemed unacceptable by general civilized standards, they will be asked to vacate the apartment.

Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.

Laundry may not be hung on balconies or anywhere visible from outside the building or other units.

This also applies to items such as buckets, mops, brooms, and refuse bags.

The refuse room is located on the 3rd floor.

No refuse may be left outside your apartment door or in the fire escape areas.

No alcohol is permitted on the rooftop.
