No pets allowed.
Please treat our units and their contents with respect.
No smoking is allowed inside the unit.
No parties are allowed.
Guests should not leave any dirty dishes behind.
Please leave the units in the same condition it was found in.
No furniture may be moved around.
Only booked guests may stay overnight.
Basic items are provided. If these items are removed, guests will be charged for it.
Music must be played at a reasonable level at all times and no music is allowed after 22:00.
The blinds and windows must be closed, and the alarm must be activated when guests leave the unit.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in eviction without a refund.
We do not accept responsibility for any damage, theft, injury or death to you, your family or visitors during your stay at our premises for any reason whatsoever.
