Please note that most of the apartments are equipped with pay-as-you-go electricity and water meters. To ensure a comfortable stay, each unit is generously pre-loaded with an average usage allowance for a small family.
For stays of 7 days or more, guests may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. This policy promotes responsible consumption and helps keep costs manageable for both guests and property owners.

Additional cleaning services are available on request during your stay at an additional cost.

Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00, and guests are asked to be mindful at all times.

Keys may only be handed to the booking holder.

Laundry and towels may not be hung on balconies.

Smoking and the use of drugs or any other substances are strictly prohibited.

No pets are allowed.

Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees.
