House Rules

- Access to the unit will only be given after the balance of the total amount has been received via proof of payment.
- Payment of the balance must be via EFT directly into the host's account.
- Credit card facilities is not available.
- After the deposit has been paid our House guide will be sent to guests via email.
- When it has been sent it will be regarded as read by the host.

The balance of the amount must be payed 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival the full amount must be payed when booking.

House rules:
1. There is a full house guide in the unit. Please read it on arrival.
2. The Governing Body has strict rules regarding the number of guests per unit. Only 6 persons maximum per unit, infants included.
3. Only 4, day visitors are allowed and must leave the premises by 22:00.
4. No loud parties, with or without loud music, are allowed.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. Swimming towels are not provided. Please ensure that all sand is shaken off at the beach and not at the establishment.
7. A complete inventory is available in the unit. If any breakage occurs, as accidents happen, please report it to the lady who handles the keys. Replacement costs will be taken from the breakage deposit.
8. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the unit and limited to the braai area on the verandah - please keep the sliding doors closed. If the unit smells like smoke after clearing, the breakage deposit will, unfortunately, be forfeited in full.
