Welcome to 44 Sutton Place

General House Rules
1. No smoking inside the apartment please.
2. Noise levels need to be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music. Please respect the other residents in the block.
3. Please don’t leave trash outside the door. The bins for recycling and general waste are located on the ground floor in the far left of the complex.
4. Please ensure that windows and doors are closed and locked when leaving the apartment
5. There is 24-hour security and always someone on duty downstairs at the entrance cubicle.
6. Secure parking within the complex.
7. This is a self-catering apartment. An initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and a few other kitchen items as well as basic bathroom essentials are provided.
8. The apartment is not serviced during your stay. Should you require cleaning or laundry services, please ask us and we will do our best to assist you with one of our cleaning ladies.
9. The TV is automatically connected to WIFI for easy streaming.
