Nachelle het voorsien in al ons behoeftes. Beslis waarde vir geld. Ons het beslis ons kuier geniet. Ons gasheer het ons lekker verwelkom. Dit was lekker.

Such tranquility and peace. Our stay was perfect, such tranquility, what we needed, home away from home. We needed the rest. Thank you so much, such a friendly host. There was everything we needed. We will definitely go back again, and we will recommend this place to our friends and family. Our stay was awesome.

Good, clean, affordable and great location. We stayed at Accommodation Nachelle for 4 nights and we loved it. The location is great, close to the N1 to CPT and 2 minutes' drive to the N1 City Mall. The accommodation was good, clean and comfortable. The room was equipped with the basic home away from home items: microwave, kettle, plates, spoons, etc. We would go again to stay there and recommend this place for an overnight or a short stay.

Peaceful, safe and clean. Good neighborhood, great host, safe parking! I had everything I needed. The place was clean with a comfortable bed. I was travelling alone but felt safe at all times.

Worst Stay. Good morning, Our stay was for 10 days, and the only item we needed to bring was towels. Upon our arrival, the place was clean. However, thereafter, there was no cleaning, including the toilets and showers. There were no cleaning detergents provided. The toilet paper was limited, and we had to buy supplies to clean the toilet and shower ourselves. The fridge in the kitchen is a bar fridge, which is not meant for such an extended stay. The blinds are broken, and the table is so wobbly that one cannot sit and eat properly. Parking should be marked for the appropriate cottage. If no cleaning is provided regardless of the length of stay, this should be clearly stated in advance. I have been using Lekkerslaap for a long time and have never experienced this before. I will definitely not be returning to this place. Thank you.

Good day Mariemuthu. We are sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience while staying with Accommodation Nachelle. We advertised on all websites that we are a self-catering establishment, and it is expected of guests to understand that the term means that no cleaning of the units is involved and that we don't provide such services. We do, however, change the linen for extended periods of stay. While we were checking in with you from time to time during your stay, no issues of any kind were mentioned. Maybe we could have assisted if we had known your position earlier. As for the wobbly table, thank you for bringing it to our attention; I will have it checked out. Again, please accept our apologies and we hope you find a comfortable stay upon your return to Cape Town next time. Regards
