Description
Aloha House 5 in Ponta Mamoli is a magnificent beachfront property offering direct beach access and uninterrupted ocean views that can accommodate 20 guests. This luxurious villa comprises 6 beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedroom suites designed to provide the ultimate in comfort, style, and relaxation.
The property boasts 100 m of private beach frontage with numerous viewing decks, an outdoor lounge, and a large firepit with a seating area, offering guests a variety of inviting spaces to unwind and enjoy the tranquil setting. Each bedroom suite leads via walkways to the central entertainment area and features floor-to-ceiling glass that frames the breathtaking sea views.
The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes a private verandah, fridge, Smart TV, desk, dressing table, solar air-conditioning, and high-performance fans. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin, and fluffy gowns and disposable slippers are provided for added comfort.
The second and third bedrooms each contain a king-size bed and open onto private verandahs with 180-degree ocean views. Both suites feature fridges, Smart TVs, desks, solar air-conditioning, and high-performance fans. Their en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, and bathrobes and slippers are provided.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are each furnished with 6 three-quarter beds with oversized pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets. Each suite includes a fridge, Smart TV, desk, solar air-conditioning, and high-performance fans. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, and separate dressing areas, hairdryers, and LED-lit mirrors add to the luxury.
The sixth bedroom contains a king-size bed, a feather couch sitting area, and a private verandah. Additional amenities include a fridge, Smart TV, desk, solar air-conditioning, and high-performance fans. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, while gowns and slippers are provided to enhance comfort.
Chandeliers, fine art, and sculptures create a refined atmosphere, while the lounges and dining area can be enclosed with sliding glass doors for warmth on cooler evenings. A large rectangular bar is ideally positioned for enjoying sports and movies on the curved Smart TV. The indoor oak dining tables comfortably seat large groups, creating a welcoming space for gatherings and shared meals.
