Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R10000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A dedicated team led by Maryna ensures guests experience five-star service throughout their stay. Two assistants are available to help with meal preparation, and a chef can be arranged to assist with cooking, allowing guests to relax and make the most of their holiday.

Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads. The communal swimming pool within the estate has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated amenities is strictly at guests’ own risk.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, no guests under the age of 25 will be permitted without parental or adult supervision.

Campismo Ninho Estate and Kangela Estate are both home to samango and vervet monkeys. Guests are kindly requested not to feed the monkeys, as this encourages them to return and creates ongoing problems. Food should be stored inside the fridge or closed cupboards, and all windows and doors must be properly closed when leaving the house to prevent them from entering.

Guests are required to bring their own beach towels, drinking water, food, drinks, ice, toilet paper, adaptors, toiletries, mosquito repellent, and all items of a personal nature.

No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Guests must comply with the rules of the estate. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply will result in a warning, and repeated offences will lead to the forfeiture of the breakage deposit and possible eviction without refund for unused nights.
