Heerlik en aangenaam. Skoon en vriendelik. Baie lekker. Aangenaam. Rustig en stil. Alles wat ons nodig het. Vriendelike ontvangs. Baie skoon. Heerlike bed. Lekker groot kamer. Vars koffiebone met plunger in kamer is 'n lekker bederf. WiFi baie goeie opvangs. Vriendelike mooi plek. Veilige parkering. Sal weer gebruikmaak.

Baie dankie vir u pragtige terugvoer! Ons waardeer dit opreg dat u die tyd geneem het om u ervaring met ons te deel. Dit is vir ons heerlik om te hoor dat u verblyf gemaklik, rustig en aangenaam was, en dat u die klein bederfies soos die vars koffiebone geniet het. Not very good service and no housekeeping. It was clean when we arrived, but during the 4 days we stayed there, it was not cleaned once and we never saw a staff member from the accommodation. Our rooms were never cleaned, and we also never received any bath towels. The dirty plates and cups were standing in the sink for the whole 4 days.

Hi Jason, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I was out of town on business. I must apologise for the dirty plates, as this is a shared communal area, I cannot always assure that other guests will clean up after themselves. Regarding the cleaning of the rooms, we do mention that the rooms are not cleaned daily. However, I will check to ensure that it is more clearly stated on the booking system that rooms are cleaned on request. I also apologise for the issue with the bath towels. I'm unsure about what happened there. Please contact me if you have any issues next time, so that we can sort it out immediately.
