Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 22:00 to 07:00 for the comfort of all our guests. No music is allowed at the resort from vehicles or private sound systems/equipment. Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking at ATKV Resorts.

Group Bookings:
Special conditions apply to groups of 20 or more people (5 or more units/campsites). A special deposit is required, and a dining area must be reserved.

Pets:
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Occupancy Limits:
We regret that we cannot accommodate additional people in the units. For example, if a unit accommodates 4 people, that is the maximum allowed. We do not provide extra beds, and we do not permit additional persons or children in the units.

Please note that we are a family-oriented establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all accommodation units and buildings throughout the property. In line with legislation, guests may be fined for non-compliance. The use of hookah or hubbly bubbly pipes is also not permitted on the premises.

You will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management at the time of booking.
Additional guests, other than those listed on the booking, are not allowed.

Upon arrival, you will be required to:

Complete and sign the resort’s indemnity form.

Receive a vehicle permit.

Only one vehicle per accommodation unit or campsite is allowed. An additional fee will be charged for each extra vehicle.
Please note that an administration fee and bank charges apply to cancellations and refunds.

Due to the increasing number of fraudulent EFT transactions, we require that EFT payments be made at least 2 days before arrival. If your payment is not reflected in our bank account upon arrival, you will be required to pay the outstanding amount. A refund will be issued once the payment is reflected in our account.
No keys or permits will be issued until the full account has been settled. Cheque payments are not accepted.

Additional Notes:

Accommodation units are serviced daily.

No visitors or day guests are allowed at the unit or on the property.

Guests using our camping facilities must bring their own power point adapter.

Please bring your own swimming towels and dishcloths.

Motorcycles and quad bikes are not allowed at the resort.

Only appropriate swimwear is permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Description

Comfortably furnished for 6 people, each villa comprises 3 bedrooms with private verandahs, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge area. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The bathrooms are fitted with a bath or a shower, and a toilet, and for convenience, linen is provided. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a cooking area, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities. And the air-conditioned living area contains a TV with selected DStv channels, and a fireplace. Outdoor braai facilities are available on the covered verandah, and guests staying in this unit has use of a swimming pool.

The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms that are fitted with a bath or a shower, and a toilet. For convenience, linen is provided. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a 4-plate stove, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities. Braai facilities are available on the covered verandah, and guests staying in this unit has use of a swimming pool. Undercover parking is available.
