The house is not pet-friendly, and day visitors are not permitted.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside; any signs of either will result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit.

Kindly wash and put away dishes before leaving to avoid extra fees.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days, minus any deductions. The booking holder is responsible for any extra costs if the deposit is insufficient.

The owner and manager are not responsible for injuries, loss, damage, theft, or items left behind.
