House Rules

Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
No pets allowed.
Ten (10) units electricity per day is provided. Anything more is for the guest's own account.
Avalon 3 is a family-oriented unit and no parties, loud music and loud noise are allowed.
Guests have to bring their beach towels.
Only guests who booked the unit are allowed to stay there.
Items that break have to be replaced by guests.
Do not move furniture.
There are 2 covered parking areas and guests can only park on these areas.
Children at the swimming pool must be under parent supervision at all times.
Avalon 3 is a family-oriented unit and no parties, loud music or noise are allowed.
Please respect fellow holidaymakers and residents.
Please leave Avalon 3 in the same condition as it was found and reports any damage with checkout.
