Description

Baobab Tent Camp is situated on a working farm near Hoedspruit and offers quality tented-camp accommodation, ideally suited for a couple, family or group of friends. The farm is also the home of the second-largest Baobab tree in South Africa.

The beautiful, peaceful camp comprises 6 tents with a view of the northern Drakensberg. Each tent is fitted with either a double bed or 2 single beds. Quality linen and soft towels are provided for guests' convenience. The tents are fitted with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin, as well as a fridge, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.

There is a lovely swimming pool for those warm Lowveld days. Each tent has a private braai area and there is a communal kitchen with a microwave for guests' use.

The camp also boasts complimentary Wi-Fi so that guests can share their experience with friends and family. The famous Baobab Restaurant is also located on the farm and is a mere 5-minute walk from the camp. A cooked or continental breakfast is available to guests at an additional cost and braai packs, ice cream and soft drinks can be purchased from the restaurant.

A variety of fresh salads can be ordered in the morning and delivered to guests' tent for a braai. Baobab Tent Camp is a 45-minute drive from the Kruger National Park and is on the Panorama Route.
