Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

House Rules

The unit only has heat-and-eat facilities, no cooking facilities.

Only guests with a confirmed booking are allowed on the premises; outside visitors are not permitted.

No bookings from guests under the age of 21 will be accepted.
All guests must complete a registration form and provide proof of ID upon arrival.

A maximum of 2 adults is allowed. Special requests (at an additional cost) can be made to the host if parents wish to bring 1 child under the age of 12.

Smoking indoors is prohibited.

Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and considerate attitude while on the property. Disorderly conduct, including loud or disruptive behaviour, excessive noise, or public intoxication, is strictly prohibited. Any behaviour that disturbs other residents or neighbours will not be tolerated. Violations may result in eviction without a refund.
