House Rules

Please note, the house are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
A 50% deposit is required when booking. The remaining balance must be paid into the specified bank account at least 2 days before arrival. Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and secures the booking.

Guests must follow the provided instructions carefully upon arrival. The guest is responsible for the group's conduct and must ensure the property is treated with care and respect.

Each house has a set guest limit, which must not be exceeded.
Any loss or damage to the property or its contents (including the inverter, linens, equipment, and accessories) will be assessed by Be in Betty's Bay, and the guest must pay for damages on request. Guests must report any damage or loss before departure.

Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, hot tub, and Jacuzzi.

If the property becomes uninhabitable for reasons beyond the owner’s control, a refund will be given for the period it was unavailable. No further compensation will be provided.
Be in Betty's Bay reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time if guests behave inappropriately or cause a disturbance.

Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.

By paying the deposit, the guest confirms they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions sent by Be in Betty's Bay.
