House Rules

Check in between 14h00 and 20h00. Please advise your estimated time of arrival.

Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.

Only guests who booked are allowed on the property; outside visitors are not permitted.

Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost

Smoking indoors is not permitted.

We get on very well with our neighbours and want to keep it that way, so please note no parties allowed. (18th / 21st birthday parties or bachelorette/stag parties)

Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and considerate attitude while on the property. Disorderly conduct, including loud or disruptive behaviour, excessive noise, or public intoxication, is strictly prohibited. Any behaviour that disturbs other residents or neighbours will not be tolerated. Violations may result in eviction without a refund.
