Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No fireworks are allowed, and smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests are requested to thoroughly wash off suntan oils and lotions, as these can stain the linen; any stained linen will be replaced at the guest’s cost and deducted from the breakage deposit. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00. The pool in the complex is not fenced, so guests should exercise caution around non-swimmers.
