House Rules
Fees are payable in advance or, if otherwise instructed by the payee of the account.
Smoking in rooms is strictly forbidden. A Recovery Fee will be charged to guests who do not comply. You are, however, welcome to smoke in the garden at the benches.
•Only residing guests are allowed to sleep over
Unbooked guests may be asked to leave at the owner's discretion. A penalty of 100% of the overnight fee will be charged if this is ignored.
•Guests must refrain from having visitors between 21h00 and 08h00.
No more than 1 visitor at a time.
Guests must respect the safety, peace, and comfort of others. Loud noise is not permitted. The manager may evict anyone misbehaving immediately through our Security Company.
Prohibited behaviour includes: disturbing musical instruments, loud music from radios, cars, or handheld devices, and specifically loud music in parking areas. Guests should not walk around the premises with open beer bottles.
24-hour security is in place via CCTV and patrolling security guards.
Guests must wear proper attire when moving around, especially in the bar and restaurant. Walking around in towels, sleepwear, or slippers is not allowed.
Heaters, fans, air conditioning, televisions, and lights must be switched off when rooms are unoccupied.
Keys must be handed in on departure. Lost keys, remotes, or damage to locks will incur a replacement cost.
Cleaning and gardening staff do not take instructions from guests; please contact the person on duty for assistance.
Parking is for guests only. Ensure gates are closed when entering or leaving.
